Overview

Five buildings along Litibú Bay

UAVI is Zeiba's largest project to date — five independent buildings with 44 beachfront residences along more than 100 linear metres of Litibú Bay, five minutes north of Punta Mita. Co-developed with Cimbra Capital and Grupo Terraforma, with architecture by PPAA.

Phase 1 — 24 residences — has been completed and delivered to owners. Phase 2 is under construction.
