Overview

Riverfront living in Old Town

Zeiba's first major project, on one of the last riverfront sites in Puerto Vallarta — adjacent to an ecological reserve and steps from Isla Cuale. Designed by San Francisco-based KMD Architects in traditional Vallarta vernacular, using local materials and endemic landscaping.

The project was launched into the 2008 financial crisis. Zeiba adapted the plan, held the standard, and completed and delivered every residence — the foundation of the repeat-buyer base that has followed the company ever since.
