Zeiba developed seven of the final villas in Las Palmas de Mita — a mature, established community known for its tropical gardens and exclusive golf-cart access to the Pacífico Beach Club.

Designed by GLM Architects with interiors by Marina Pani Interiores, each villa is organised around two interior garden courtyards, so the landscape reads as architecture rather than decoration.
