Zeiba's entry into Punta Mita. We acquired 20 units in a stalled 2007 development, undertook a complete renovation of the common areas and individual residences, rebuilt HOA management and launched a new marketing program.

All 20 units sold within three years — the result that opened the peninsula to Zeiba and led directly to Reserva and Selva.
